Center SPLITSCREEN Replacement Parts represent a helpful solution should your Center SPLITSCREEN becomes loose or missing from within the Air Duct Assembly (ADA). Assuming a correct installation, the primary cause is a faulty Air Duct Assembly. Should the ADA not maintain its cross-sectional size/shape specifications, the Center SPLITSCREEN can become loose and/or fall out. The ADA is a 2-panel assembly held together with Velcro adhesive pads which often fail under hot conditions. The Center SPLITSCREEN installation becomes compromised when the ADA panels separate. As of 2024 shipments, Motorcycle Vent Screens is anticipating this possibility and providing a set of 4 #6 x 3/8″ pan-head screws with each order to secure the ADA panels. For prior purchasers with no ready access to this size fastener, we are offering a set of these screw fasteners as an accommodation for the cost of shipping and handling.
